How Often Do I Get Paid?
Your earnings from an individual referral transaction is credited after 30 days from time of shipment. When your earnings total Fifty Dollars or more your earnings will be payable. If your earnings do not total fifty dollars within 1 year you may request your earnings, if any, by emailing us.

Are My Earnings Taxable?
To the note of the law, yes, furthermore you are solely responsible for any state or federal income taxes from your commission revenues.

How Do I Get Paid?
We currently issue payment by either PayPal or by check, when signing up simply either fill in the "Check Payee Name" or "PayPal Account Email" field. If you complete both fields we will issue payment either way at our discretion.

My ClickThru Counter Is Wrong?
The ClickThru counter in your affiliate area only counts clickthrus from unique visitors, if your visitor clicks on your FirstWay Fundraising Affiliate Banner, then returns to our site by clicking you banner later that day, if wont show up on the counter. BUT if he returns and makes a purchase it will reflect a sale and you will receive credit. The counter is meant to give you a "general" idea of how many people are clicking your affiliate banner.

How Do i Get The Banner Onto My site?
Simple, create an Affiliate Account, Login to said account, scroll down to the Affilaite Banners area, then select what you wish to display. Text links, Individual Product links and Banner links are all acceptable. After selecting which you want, simply copy the code into your webpage where you want it to appear. I Didn't Get Credit For An Order!
In the event of a potential fraudulent order, your account may not be credited until it properly passes our fraud screen. If said order is proven to be fraudulent, or declined for any reason, you will not receive credit for the sale. This happens rarely, but it does happen.

Do I Get Credit For My Own Orders?
That depends, If you have been an affiliate for a total of 1 year, or have earned a minimum of $50 through our affiliate program then such is acceptable. The affiliate credit for your purchase of personal items cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts we may have with the exception of discounted shipping.

Are There Maximum Earnings?
No, however if your affiliate account yields unusually high commissions we will request proof of identity from you, or documents proving the identity of your company. Any and all affiliate accounts that trigger our fraudscreen, or have unusually high commission earnings will be restricted to being paid by PayPal rather than by check for obvious reasons. In some cases we reserve the right to freeze affiliate accounts if we deem them suspicious. If an affiliate account is frozen for any reason we will promptly reqest additional information from the accountholder for verification purposes. If proper verification is unprovidable, the account may remain suspended for up to 90 days.

But What If I Live Outside the United States?
We "generally" only accept affiliates from within the United States, however, we will review affiliate applications from other countries as well. Generally, Canada and most European countries get accepted. Contact us if you live outside these areas. We only ship to the United States and Canada, thus you will only get credit for orders from such.
